«CAP SUR L’ÉTÉ!»
We were meeting at 1pm with Étienne Boulay to shoot an episode of “Cap sur l’été”. However, by 12:45, dark clouds began to cover the sky, we could hear the thunder roaring and catch glimpses of lightning in the distance. Nonetheless, we gathered our courage and our wetsuits and got ready for a possibly very cold rainfall. Luckily, the rain ceased rapidly, the sun came out slowly and we were able to warm up a bit. This is most likely what motivated Etienne to get wet!
«BLEU, LARGUEZ LES AMARRES!»
The camera crew from the TV show Bleu travelled all the way to Saguenay to cover a story on SUP Yoga! Amongst this team, and much to my surprise, was a teacher I had had during my studies in television production, director Marc Landry. Here are the names of the beautiful yoginis that you will see in this video: Nadia Bonenfant (Juna Yoga), Isabella Luna Gadbois (Isaloha Photography) and Geneviève Gignac (Espace Bhumi).
«LES HÉROS DU VENDREDI»
Last April, I invited journalist Jean-Patrick Balleux to come try a class of Aqua SUP Yoga as part of his “Friday’s Heros” sporting challenges. Following that episode, which aired on the show “C’est pas trop tôt à la radio” on Radio-Canada, I received many e-mails and messages from friends as well as students who were quite surprised to hear my voice on the radio!
«JOURNAL LA PRESSE»
“Many undertake several jobs in order to make ends meet. Others choose a more steady position as they wait for their career to finally take off. For Josiane O’Rourke, combining many trades has allowed her to live fully from her two passions : languages and yoga.”
